Your Identity In Christ

Is the stress in your life coming from not knowing who you are? Are you living for the approval of others? Are you living in fear of rejection from others? Or maybe you have become a professional people pleaser, and you are just being whoever someone else wants you to be.

To alleviate some of this unintentional stress, begin by knowing who you are in Christ.

The Bible tells us; “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come.” —2 Corinthians 5:17

When you know your identity in Christ, you will know you are enough IN Christ. Christ defines you, not other people or other things. YOU ARE WHO GOD SAYS YOU ARE!

Sit and soak in the following words God says about you.
*You are Chosen. (1 Peter 2:9, Ephesians 1:3-4, 2:10)
*You are Irreplaceable. (1 Thess 1:4)
*You are Worth Dying For. (1 John 4:19, John 3:16, Romans 5:8)
*You are Set Free. (Romans 6:18)
*You are Precious to Him. (Isaiah 43:4)

1 John 3:16—This is how we know what love is: Jesus Christ laid down his life for _____________(insert your name).

Friend, you are not here by accident. You are not a mistake. You are a custom-designed, one-of-a-kind, original masterpiece. Embrace who God says you are and live loved by the Creator or all! Knowing that God will help you be all you can be, but He won’t help you be someone else.
