Are you Growing as a Leader?

Your growth as a relevant leader in today’s culture matters! And the questions you ask yourself daily will keep you in the race. So, what are you asking yourself each day? Are your personal values evident in your leadership?

With many things vying for our time and energy as leaders, it is vital we know how to manage it. Some of you are in a season of managing time, and some are in a season of managing energy. Because there is a price paid in time, energy, pain, and money to accomplish the things you are called to do, know that you need more than a passion to continue the charge, you need a burden for the outcome.

Jesus said, “You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you so that you might go and bear fruit—fruit that will last—and so that whatever you ask in my name the Father will give you.” John 15:16

Jesus didn’t say, “Go and bear fruit when things are going well or when you feel like it.” Understanding what strengthens or sustains you and what things drain you is essential.
