Focused and Unified

Winning never happens alone. Every victory—whether on a field, in a family, or in a ministry—comes from people choosing to lean in, lock arms, and move in the same direction. We need each other to run well and to finish well.

Teamwork is always a tension between personal preference and shared purpose, but when a group is captured by a common vision, something powerful happens. They become unified, motivated, and—just as Paul describes—“standing firm in one spirit, contending as one person for the faith of the gospel” (Philippians 1:27–28).

That same spirit filled the book of Acts. One mind. One mission. One heart of prayer. Everyone brought what they had so God could do what only He could do.

And honestly—that is the Choose to Soar team. These women are some of the most encouraging, faith-filled, joy-giving servants you’ll ever meet. Watching each one operate in her God-given gifting is one of the greatest blessings of my leadership. I am profoundly grateful to walk beside them as we serve together.

Will you join me in praying for this extraordinary team?

Prayer:
Father God, thank You for these women who serve You with such willingness, joy, and sacrifice. Pour immeasurably more over their lives—more strength, more peace, more assurance of Your deep love for them. Let them sense Your pleasure as they serve and Your presence as they lead. Thank You for knitting this team together for Your purposes.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.
